STRENGTH TRACKING

siz pack
Keeping track of your strength exercises, whether you're using equipment or your own bodyweight, is an important aspect of motivation as well as measuring your progress.

FitnessBuilder's Strength tracking is designed for you to enter your information in the fewest taps possible –allowing you to concentrate on your workout.

Double-tap on any exercise to show the Strength tracking tab. The cursor is blinking in the Reps field with Set 1 already created. Enter in your reps & weight for Set 1. Then with a single tap on the (+) button, the previous set's information is copied to the next set.

If you need to keep track of more than reps, sets & weight, just tap the pencil icon to enter free-form notes for each set.

CARDIO TRACKING

track stats
Just as Strength Tracking logs your reps, sets & weight, Cardio Tracking logs your speed, distance, level, heart rate and more.

Double-tap on any exercise to show the tracking screen. Choose the CARDIO tab and enter your stats. Most gym cardio equipment provides feedback and options that you can record, so you know your progress and where to start off next time.

Outside Runs, Walks & Bike Rides are easily tracked using a dedicated workout that you perform each time you finish your exercise.

Cardio Classes like Aerobics, Yoga, Pilates or outside activities such as Mountain Biking or Skiing can be tracked by using Activities in Workout Builder. Add one to your workout and record your details.

time progress
Keeping track of your workout time is as important as all other factors when it comes to getting results. We have added multiple Timers to help you keep on track.

WORKOUT TIMER - starts when you start, and ends when you complete a workout. No taps required.

INSTANT REST - set your rest period and start the countdown with a single tap.

UP TIMER - is a built-in stopwatch for when you need a counter for any reason.

DOWN TIMER - set the minutes & seconds you want to count down from.

SETS TIMER - set alternating rounds of exercise and rest periods.

During the last 5 seconds of any Timer, the indicator turns red and an iPhone vibrates. At zero it beeps three times.
