-If you subscribed on iOS (your iPhone, iPad iPod touch), turn off Auto-Renew in your iTunes account, under Subscriptions.

-If you subscribed on the Web or Android, login from your Mac/PC, choose Subscriptions from the account menu and cancel.

Note: Users must cancel or set Auto-Renew to off before a new month or year transaction occurs. Unfortunately, there are no refunds or credits.

I bought FitnessBuilder when it was a paid app on the App Store. How do I get the workouts I original paid for?

Login with the same account you created on the paid app. Don't create a new account, as that new one isn't tied to your original purchase.

Any Plus, Pro or PT subscription is available on Android as long as you login with an active subscription account.

I upgraded or lost my mobile device. Can I get my personal information on the new one?

Login with the account that had your information and wait for sync to complete. If you were syncing with your old device, then your data is backed up, available at www.fitnessbuilder.com and mobile devices.

Do I need internet access to use FitnessClass?

Yes. FitnessClass is internet enabled. You need access to use the app, and to watch any class.

The Download Center is expected to launch Summer 2012 for viewing videos offline.

Do I continue to have access to the classes I previously purchased?

The new FitnessClass 100% supports your previous iPad purchases. They are located in the Favorites listing and are playable on iPad. Note: The new Web access supports the unlimited ClassPass option only.

Can I listen to my own Music app playlists while watching a video?

Yes. FitnessClass automatically mixes in your own music, combining the audio with the class video. This is optimal on the classes with no music track (such as PumpOne classes).

How do I access the videos on my TV set?

With any iPad, you can use Apple TV to play the videos from your iPad to your TV.

With iPad 2 and the latest iPad, you can use the HDMI cable to connect directly to your TV.

If you have your computer connected to your TV, you can play your ClassPass videos using the FitnessClass web version.
