COMPLETE A WORKOUT, WHAT'S NEXT?
 
 

"What workout should I do next?" was one of the top five questions you asked. We already provided multi-workout and even multi-level programs, but happens when you reach the last workout, in the last level?

TAP 'COMPLETE'

When you've finished any iPump Workout, tap COMPLETE, even if you haven't tracked your exercises. This will tell FitnessBuilder that you've finished the session. Tap Save to confirm you're done.

TAP 'NEXT'

Next time you workout, just tap NEXT to remind yourself of the last iPump Workout you completed and instantly be presented with all the workouts we recommend you do next. Tap once on any workout to begin.

MIXING IT UP

Performing the same workout "routine" over and over becomes just that: routine.

When you use the same movements again and again, it becomes increasingly easy. You hit what's known as an "exercise plateau" where gains become increasingly difficult to obtain.

Changing your workouts gives your body & brain a new challenge. This forces you to continually adapt and grow stronger, quickly and ultimately, fitter.

 

 

 

 
 

Tap COMPLETE at the end of each workout. In this case, we completed "Boost the Burn."

 

Tap NEXT at the bottom of LOG Detail or from Home.

 

NEXT WORKOUT recommends workouts in the same/similar goals to perform next.

 

Choose an iPUMP WORKOUT from the list. We chose "Burn More Calories."
