LiFT personal trainer Sean Young has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years where he has worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach, Physical Education Instructor and a Personal Trainer. Having completed internships in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Sports Strength & Conditioning, he has worked with everyone from post rehabilitation cardiac patients to professional athletes.
