Since my mother is a fitness instructor and my grandmother, who is 96 years young, still exercises several times a week, I was raised to always live a healthy and active lifestyle. Now I feel inspired to share with you what has helped me get where I am today!
Alicia's Nutrition Tips
Along with exercise, nutrition plays a very important role in helping me stay in the best shape. Food is meant to nourish, not harm the body. I “graze” throughout the day, usually eating 5 to 6 small portions to give me the energy I need to keep going during those long days on set. I never eat anything fried or processed, preferring mostly organic and raw food. Some of my favorites being almonds, avocados, lean turkey and lots of fruit & vegetables. I also drink plenty of water and green tea.
By sharing my healthy lifestyle tips, I hope to inspire you to make that life change right now! You will learn a ton of great new easy & effective exercises, become more assertive & confident (like Kendall), all while having fun with me, your new workout partner. Louis the Trainer
