Fitness and nutrition have always been a part of my life, and I am here to make it a part of yours. My certifications give me the background necessary to assist you with nutritional guidance, strength training and conditioning. My objective is to provide you with a safe, effective workout, built on encouragement and education, designed to meet your specific fitness goals.

I am also the owner of www.northshorewomensfitness.com where we offer boot camps, personal training and a weight loss challenge.

My philosophy is that it is never too late to start an exercise program. So let’s get you started on the journey to a healthy lifestyle that will last a lifetime!

I specialize in women’s fitness. Being a mother and wife, I feel that it is important for women to make their health a priority. I understand how difficult it can be to get to the gym while trying to manage life in general. I also know how important exercise is for physical and mental well-being and feel that my own experience allows me to relate to my clients and help them achieve their goals with realistic workouts.
