Bio & Philosophy
I am a native of Baltimore, MD but I have had the opportunity to travel around the country and around the world as an officer in the United States Navy. As a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, I have been grounded in the importance of living a healthy and active lifestyle. While at the Academy, I was a cheerleader and a member of the Power Lifting Team. Prior to that, I had been a dancer and participated in soccer, cross-country, basketball, and badminton on the varsity level. I have also been an assistant coach for both a cheerleading team and high school swim team.

Fitness and wellness are very important to me. I believe in never quitting and giving everything you have to achieve your goals. I am tough, but fair because I care about your health and well-being.

Although I am the toughest trainer in Baltimore, I have a heart. I have a special place in my heart for women and girls as I feel healthy living can only make us stronger and more self-confident.

You will find my workouts to be challenging and creative, but they will give you results. Just imagine me as your favorite drill sergeant pushing you to do one more when you think you can’t.

I never let people quit (face to face) or virtually. When you train with me, you get all of me. You will love me and hate me, but the most important thing is that you love yourself more.
