Sandy Liebman

Bio & Philosophy
Sandy has been involved in fitness since childhood. After years of tumbling, little league and horseback riding, she went to college to get her bachelor degree in Business. In college, Sandy took a variety of fitness classes including Weight Training, Introduction to Conditioning, Aerobics, Aqua Aerobics, Water Skiing and Surfing. While at college Sandy joined a sorority and was inspired to start the first annual Sigmalympics (fitness obstacle course) for Alzheimer’s disease research as well as participated in the CSUN/Gold’s Gym Bodybuilding Classic in which she won 1st place.

One day while riding her Harley, Sandy was injured in an accident and went through months of rehabilitation for a broken femur. This made her realize just how precious life is. Sandy educated herself in the healing process, and began training herself in various fitness programs. This experience helped her to see how she could teach others, and she became a certified fitness trainer. Sandy then started working at an all women’s gym and day spa while she trained for and completed the 2006 LA Marathon.

Sandy is now the owner of Fitness By Sandy Beach, Inc. and specializes in helping people live a healthier, happier, stress free life. Laughing is your first exercise! It brightens your day, your mind, lifts your spirits and helps strengthen your abs (if you laugh hard enough). “Let fitness become a way of life. The more fit you become the happier you’ll be.
