Bio & Philosophy
A lifelong passion for fitness has helped to carve Michele’s current career as a Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist and Lifestyle Coach. As a competitive and synchronized swimmer from the young age of ten through her college years, Michele understands commitment, determination, focus and the need for continual motivation to reach a desired outcome. Michele’s combined experience in bodywork and exercise allows her to create programs that are multi-dimensional and result-producing.

FUN is her philosophy for exercise and life in general. She believes that time is precious and if every moment, including exercise, isn’t fun why bother! Michele’s goal is to have each client feel and look great from the inside out. Starting with small steps everyone can begin the journey down their path towards a healthy lifestyle.
