Bio & Philosophy
Weight Tailors' mission is to provide professional, accurate, and individualized weight management programs. Weight Tailors is all about YOU. It is tailored programming specific to your needs. Thru this customized planning, you will be able to meet your goals.

In our center, we offer Metabolic Analysis, VO2 Max Testing, and Body Composition Analysis. These measurements are then used to help formulate your individualized plan. Measurement of your %body fat and % muscle mass. This provides the information necessary in determining where you can focus your exercise goals.

Weight Tailors also provides an online weight management program and personal training service that can be used alone or in conjunction with the comprehensive / individualized plan that is based on metabolic analysis, body composition analysis, and client interview.

Weight Tailors is owned by Casey Peer MS/RD/LDN. She is a Licensed / Registered Dietitian, holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Nutrition, and is a Certified Intrinsic Coach.

In addition to Weight Tailors, she also owns Casey Peer Nutrition Consultants, PC, in which she provides Medical Nutrition Therapy to a variety of contracted accounts.

Casey's approach is one that helps to empower people to learn how to manage their weight by making practical, real-life changes. She meets you where you are and she understands that drastic changes are not practical or sustainable.
