Laura Miranda
Bio & Philosophy
Years of working with stay at home moms, busy executive women, and strong female athletes has taught Laura many things about fitness and about life. She has learned that women require a different approach to exercise and motivation than men. So many women have a love-hate relationship with their bodies. It is Laura’s philosophy that we must first become happy with ourselves on the inside in order for the external components of our lives to fall into place (i.e.relationship, family, job etc.). She invites you to find out why so many women in NYC and around the world have found success under her guidance.
Laura also owns and operates www.Strong-Healthy-Woman.com. The site is dedicated to the fitness, lifestyle and nutritional wellness of busy women everywhere.
Laura has been working in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. She is the head of the Sports Rehabilitation Physical Therapy Department in a major NYC hospital, is a private personal trainer, and most recently brought the world famous Adventure Boot Camp for Women to NYC. Her training style has been featured on the WB 11 Morning News, and in print in the Daily News, Newsday, AM New York, and the Long Island Herald.
