Bio & Philosophy
We’re the meatheads you see at the gym. Marcella and I have been on the fitness scene together for over 13 years. We are Professional Drug-free Bodybuilders. We have metamorphasized our physiques through laborious work in the gym as well as eating wholesome meals to get in tiptop shape. We believe that anyone can accomplish his or her goals through hard work and perseverance. We do have day-to-day activities aside from lifting humongous weights. We have fulltime jobs as well as spending quality time with each other and our children. We are REAL people just like you. We believe there is no excuse to better you physically as well as mentally. We can help you accomplish your “Unique” training goals through the programs we design for you. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a stay home mom or dad, weekend warrior, recreational individual, or advanced performance athlete. Together with your dedication and effort we can accomplish your ultimate training goals!
