Bio & Philosophy
I have been working within the fitness industry for some time now and I have found that there is never of a shortage of new and creative ways to improve not only my own health and well-being but that of others as well. I spent five years teaching elementary school children and that experience has carried over to my life as a boot camp instructor. The same needs and philosophies apply to both: listen carefully to the needs of the individual, always offer support and encouragement and constantly challenge them.

I believe that we often underestimate ourselves and what we are truly capable of accomplishing. I am here to help individuals reach their fitness goals, keep them inspired and motivated, and teach them how to safely and effectively manage their health and fitness. I own and operate a boot camp for women in Cave Creek, AZ and have designed an outdoor exercise program that provides the structure, support and guidance my clients need to achieve their goals, while effectively leading them to a healthier and more fulfilling way of life. I am adamant about providing my clients with the most innovative state-of-the-art training techniques. I am committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals by incorporating fun with fitness.
