Fitness Goals
Increase overall health and well-being with fitness and exercise. Improve overall body strength and endurance, reduce and/or prevent chronic/acute injuries such as low back pain and improve balance & coordination.
Specialties
My approach to training integrates functional therapeutic exercises with non-traditional exercises to improve optimal performance and conquer health and fitness goals. A variety of exercises ranging from proprioception training to uni-lateral training keeps my clients and their muscles from boredom and maintains a steady improvement to a healthier and more functional tomorrow.
My specialties include but not limited to fat loss program, post rehab (post physical therapy), special population (diabetes, arthritis, hypertension), children & older adult fitness, sports training, strength & conditioning.
