Lynn VanDyke is widely recognized as a leading Online Personal Trainer and author. She is the CEO and creator of one of the largest fitness websites for women called Strength-Training-Woman.com. Lynn works privately with clients in her local area, but now you have the chance to utilize Lynn's extensive exercise knowledge. Her digital programs can be downloaded onto your computer, iPod or cell phone (assuming your cell phone has the proper technology).

Lynn's philosophy is very simple: working out must produce results or else we're likely to give up. All of Lynn's programs are designed to give YOU results. All fitness, weight loss and workout programs are handcrafted by Lynn and they are the exact programs her 1-on-1 clients pay big money for.

Lynn's has over 10 years in the fitness and sports industry. She has capitalized on her own experience in individual and team sports to successfully run a fitness center for women. She has moved on and opened several large companies focusing on fitness, health, nutrition and weight loss. She is a featured speaker at fitness industry conferences and has been featured in magazines such as Woman's World, Connections, The Trend and many more.
