Bio & Philosophy
I have studied overall health and fitness for nearly 20 years, covering everything from aerobics to weight training to basic self-defense/grappling/martial arts. In addition to one-on-one training, I have facilitated group exercise and aerobics classes, and have spoken to various groups about the importance of fitness in our everyday lives. I absolutely subscribe to the principal that if you can CONCEIVE it, and you BELIEVE it, you will ACHIEVE it!
Certifications
I have several certifications through NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association) – Personal Trainer, Fitness Trainer, Online Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I am currently studying for my Lifestyle and Weight Management Certification.
Fitness Goals
My greatest joy is knowing that I am able to help someone not only meet, but exceed, their greatest health and fitness goals. I am committed to helping people realize their best selves, both inside and out, whatever their drive or motivation may be. I am thrilled and honored when I am able to be a part of someone’s journey into their true fabulousness!
Specialties
I work mainly with women - all women, of all ages, health and fitness levels - but especially with the women who seem to have little-to-no time for themselves and/or exercise, and who may or may not have access to fitness equipment. Providing simple, yet practical, circuit programs that combine weight training with an element of cardio, allows people to achieve their desired goals in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
