Renee Wright

Bio & Philosophy
Renee is the owner and creator of her own private personal/group training studio for women the Wright Workout™. She has extensive choreography experience and is the pioneer of the "Power Poles" approach to fitness. Renee presented at IDEA national fitness convention, shot three workout videos in Turks and Caicos. In September/October 2002 issue, fitness industry magazine American Fitness recognized the benefits of The Wright Workout Fitness Programs. Renee has pioneered group exercise for the new millennium focusing on a total body workout. Her unique fitness programs are now available through the Internet for individual training for home or travel.

Renee's Fitness programs are seen in top spas such as the Golden Door in California, Sandal’s Grande Sport in Jamaica. She has also sold her programs to fitness clubs and individuals.

Renee's TV credits include the Emmy-award-winning fitness special, "You're Never Too Old", "Eye on Chicago", a weekly variety show, NBC Sports dance fitness segments and fitness routines for a PBS children's series. Renee has been featured in Shape magazine, danced professionally with the James P. Dance Company, she was one of the line captains on the Honey Bears and choreographed many of the Chicago Bears Cheerleader's routines. Renee created the Wright Walker's power walking program, raising funds for City of Hope and the American Cancer Society.
