2007 Personal Trainer of the Year – Denton County, 2004 Personal Trainer of the Year – Personal Fitness Professional Magazine. Kelli is a 21 year fitness industry leader. She is an author, personal trainer, international presenter, group fitness instructor, lifestyle consultant, spokesperson and editor. Her personal mission is to help people make health, fitness and wellness a permanent and enjoyable part of their lives. She coaches individuals to become their very best using fun and productive exercise, wholesome and nutritious eating, recovery and self management. Kelli strives to help each client attain a fit and balanced body, the highest levels of confidence and energy, and a renewed sense of self.
