Bio & Philosophy
Get ready to rock your body out! I have been a personal trainer in New York City for over 3 years. I have trained many different types of clients, from the athletic young adult, to the older more health cautious individual. I have dealt with people who want to get in great shape for their wedding day as well as people with different health issues such as diabetes, hypothyroidism, and obesity. My programs are designed to help you increase your strength, flexibility, endurance, energy and overall happiness while decreasing body fat, stress and dreariness.
I focus on functionality starting with a basic program and then progressing into more complex training. I like to incorporate my dance and sports background into my programs. I guarantee results for those who are willing to work hard and stick with my programs.
