Steven Oberfest of Underdog Fitness has been training clients, and helping them reach their goals in NYC for 18 years. His clients range from the unknown to the well known, and come from all walks of life. His ability to design the perfect program separates him from other trainers. I guess, you can call it Tough Love. He believes in goal oriented training, with no BS, He also designs your workouts after you have been assessed and trained personally! Emphasis is placed on challenging your body and mind, on multiple levels (neurologically, biomechanically, aerobically, and anaerobically) to create a Lean Machine-which does not only look good, but feels great!
