Bio & Philosophy
Louis Coraggio has been in the fitness industry for more than a dozen years. He has a degree in Exercise Physiology from Adelphi University. Louis combines his academic credentials with practical experience. He is an active member of the American College of Sports Medicine and holds a National Certification with the American Council on Exercise. He has experience working with those in need of motivation and encouragement including people at risk from heart disease, diabetes and obesity. Louis understands the necessity to customize a fitness program for the unique needs of the individual . His clientele includes sports professionals, actors, t.v personalities and models as well as average people looking to improve their level of fitness or recover from injuries. His "Body Architect" philosophy focuses on three phases that deliver maximum results. The phases include; Build, Redesign and Preserve. The aim - strength, symmetry and balance - with an additional focus on energy and overall well-being.
