Hi, name is Tim Peirce and I have been serving people as a fitness trainer for over 7 years. I love what I do and my philosophy is to try to make training fun and satisfying by designing programs that help you to reach achievable goals. The body was created to adapt so periodically altering your fitness program is the quickest and healthiest way to get the results you want. Discipline, perseverance and character will take you a very long way.
