When you've completed any exercise, double-tap on it to enter your Cardio or Strength tracking.
Strength includes Sets, Reps, Weight & Notes. Cardio Tracking includes Time, Speed, Distance, Level, Incline, Calories, Min/Max Heart Rate & Notes.
HISTORY
If you've ever tracked a particular exercise, in any workout, FitnessBuilder will display the previous tracking. So you'll know the intensity you performed last time, and make the right decision, this time.
COMPLETE
When you've finished any workout, tap COMPLETE, even if you haven't tracked your exercises. FitnessBuilder will copy all your tracking data and organize it into a LOG for you. You can add your own notes to the LOG and tap Save.
LOG
Your LOGS do all the heavy lifting for you. They will remember the workout you performed with the date and time and how many times you've performed that it. At any time, you can modify or delete a LOG.
LOG also works in conjunction with NEXT WORKOUT, adding personal trainer intelligence to FitnessBuilder. Depending on what iPump Workout you've completed, NEXT WORKOUT will recommend your next sessions. |
