Can I listen to my music while using iPump?
Yes, you can listen to all your own music while using iPump Trainers including DRM & iTunes purchased music. First simply choose your playlist and start your music. Then choose your iPump workout and start pumping.
Note: Music will stop playing when you start an exercise video. To resume music simply pinch once on your headphone capsule.
The screen freezes and I'm brought back to the Home screen. What do I do?
You may have multiple Apps that are competing for memory. iPump Apps are very small, but can still freeze if there is not enough free memory to run it. The most well-documented way to free up memory so an (any) App runs smoothly is to:
1. Restart your iPhone or iPod touch
2. Go into your most frequently used Apps. Then press and hold the Home button for about seconds until you return to the Home screen. This clears that App's memory from the phone. |

What if I can't do some of the exercises or I don't have the right equipment?
It is important that you receive proper instruction on the use of all exercise equipment before using it. If you cannot perform a specific exercise for any reason, ask the staff at your gym for advice or an exercise substitution. If you do not have the exact same equipment at your gym again consult with the gym staff for the best substitute. You can also contact us with any questions or comments.
