FitnessBuilder: INSPIRE

Easier said than done. What's easier than starting a fitness program? Quitting! But we're not going to let you off that easy. One of FitnessBuilder's staying-power tools is to make you accountable for what you do (or don't) accomplish. We think that easy-to-share LOGs and real personal trainer advice add another dimension to the private training experience FitnessBuilder provides.

ASK, AND YOU SHALL INSPIRE

What does being accountable mean to most people? To us, it means people are watching your progress, and expect you to keep up the good work. With FitnessBuilder's INSPIRE, you get to keep yourself going by sharing progress.

INSPIRE YOURSELF

Whether or not you track Reps, Sets and Weight, you should at least tap COMPLETE at the end of each workout. Letting FitnessBuilder keep your LOGs organized allows you to just tap on INSPIRE one time to share that log. Sending out your progress will start new conversations and new momentum on how you're doing.

INSPIRE OTHERS

FitnessBuilder also keeps track of how many times you've performed a workout as well as summarizes all the workouts you've completed. From the home screen, tap INSPIRE to send a friend or family member this summary message to show them you've been working hard to change & maintain your fitness lifestyle. You'll be surprised how you INSPIRE others.

ASK PUMPONE

If you have a question about a workout, exercise, equipment or fitness goal, just tap ASK from the home screen. An email will be composed with a summary of your FitnessBuilder use, below your question. Our team will use that summary data to answer you as soon as possible. The portable personal trainer just got a pulse.
